Precision Manufacturing Process & Stringent Quality Control
Our commitment to delivering silicon carbide heating elements of superior and consistent performance is embodied in a precise and rigorous production and inspection protocol. From raw materials to finished product, each rod undergoes 7 core manufacturing steps integrated with 4 critical quality checkpoints, ensuring full-process control.
Core Manufacturing Process:
1. Forming: High-quality silicon carbide powder is pressed into green bodies of precise dimensions using isostatic or dry pressing technology, guaranteeing uniformity in density and shape. 2.Drying: Moisture is gradually removed from the green bodies in a controlled environment to prevent cracking and prepare them for high-temperature sintering. 3.Sintering in Induction Furnace: Silicification and recrystallization sintering are carried out in ultra-high temperature induction furnaces. This efficient and uniform process is key to endowing the elements with high strength, purity, and stable thermoelectric properties. 4. Assembly (Joining): The sintered hot zone is precisely joined with specially manufactured cold ends. This step ensures robust mechanical structure and reliable electrical current transfer. 5. Vacuum Welding: The joints are welded under vacuum or protective atmosphere to form a dense, oxidation-resistant, low-resistance permanent bond. 6.Aluminum Coating: Aluminum is sprayed onto specified areas of the cold ends to create an excellent ohmic contact surface, facilitating customer installation and minimizing contact resistance.
7. Packaging: Each element is individually packed using moisture-proof and shock-absorbent materials to ensure safety and integrity during transportation and storage.
Embedded Quality Inspections:
Throughout the above process, we have implemented four mandatory inspection checkpoints, rather than relying on a single final check. These include green body dimension checks, post-sintering appearance and dimension verification, joint strength testing, and the most critical Final Comprehensive Performance Test.
Final Comprehensive Performance Test:
Before leaving our factory, every silicon carbide rod undergoes a Resistance and Power Test at 1050°C in a dedicated test furnace. This test simulates real operating conditions, accurately measuring its core electrical parameters to ensure full compliance with specification sheet values. It serves as the final validation of product performance reliability.
Our Promise:
One more step in the process, one more layer of reliability. Through meticulous processes and stringent inspections that exceed industry standards, Henghua ensures that what we deliver is not just a product, but a guarantee of long-term, stable operation.
