HHSIC Straight Silicon Carbide(SiC) Heating Elements( ED/Straight/ GD types) Manufactured from high-purity green silicon carbide (SiC) through recrystallization sintering at over 2200℃, straight silicon carbide heating elements feature a consistent diameter from the hot zone to the cold ends, offering simple structure, easy installation, and quick replacement. As non-metallic high-temperature heating elements, they can operate up to 1450℃ in oxidizing atmospheres, making them one of the most mature and widely used heating elements in industrial resistance furnaces, tunnel kilns, and heat treatment equipment.
